We're looking for part-time placement coordinators to help connect Chicagoland families with caregivers they'll love. The work is fully remote, the schedule is yours, and the pay is commission-based.
Two sides of the same job.
We're a luxury childcare and household staffing agency, and our whole business runs on great matches. Coordinators come in on one of two sides, and both are the reason a family ends up with the right person.
Nanny Placement Coordinator
You'll interview nannies and housekeepers, get to know what makes each one great, and screen top candidates for specific family openings. You're the one who spots the perfect fit before anyone else does.
Family Placement Coordinator
You'll work with families directly to understand exactly what they need, walk them through how our placement process works, answer their questions, and keep the paperwork moving. Warm, organized, and reassuring is the whole game.
The two roles work hand in hand. Together, you'll pinpoint the best caregiver for each family's particular needs.

Earn $100 for every referred client who makes a successful placement.

What we're looking for.
You don't need a childcare background to be great at this. Here's what helps:
- A college degree
- A confident, friendly presence in interviews
- A strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Nanny or parenting experience (a plus, not a must)
- A great sense of humor
