Every client has access to our app to book care on demand. When your nanny calls in sick, we'll send another pre-vetted nanny to provide coverage. And we don't work with randos or sitters young enough to make you wonder if they still need a sitter themselves. Our team is background-checked, reference-verified, and personality-screened.
Our nannies babysit our kids, too.
We hire nannies from the same pool of candidates that we place with families all over Chicago and the North Shore. We book backup care through the same app last minute when our nanny woke up with a fever but we still have work to do. We trust them with our families, and that's exactly why we trust them with yours.
