Help us grow and manage our pool of caregivers and families as a part-time placement coordinator at Date Night Boutique. All positions are 100% remote and pay is 100% commission-based. Apply!We’re Date Night Boutique (DNB), a luxury childcare and household staffing agency.
We are seeking savvy placement coordinators to help us identify potential caregiver/family matches.
As a nanny placement coordinator, you will be in charge of interviewing nannies and housekeepers, as well as screening top candidates for specific positions with families.
As a family placement coordinator, you will work with clients directly to understand their needs, explain DNB’s placement process, answer any questions, and make sure the appropriate paperwork is completed.
Nanny and family placement coordinators work closely together to identify the best candidates for each family’s particular needs.
These are commission-based roles without benefits. You will earn $100 for every referred client that makes a successful placement.
All placement coordinators can work 100% remotely and are free to set their own schedule.
A college degree, excellent communication skills, and a confident/friendly interview presence are required. Nanny and/or parenting experience is helpful. A strong work ethic and sense of humor are highly recommended.
